Uploaded documents: Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) you upload for analysis.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns to improve our service.
Payment information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Whop. We do not store credit card numbers or payment credentials.

2. How We Handle Uploaded Documents

Your privacy is critical when dealing with confidential legal documents. Here is how we handle uploaded FDDs:

Processing only: Uploaded PDFs are processed by our AI analysis engine and are not permanently stored on our servers.
Automatic deletion: Uploaded documents are deleted from our processing pipeline after analysis is complete.
No third-party sharing: We never share, sell, or provide your uploaded documents to any third party.
Encryption: All documents are encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide and improve our FDD analysis services.
Send you reports and analysis results you have requested.
Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
Improve and optimize our platform and AI models (using anonymized, aggregate data only).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or uploaded documents. We may share limited information with:

Service providers: Third-party services that help us operate (e.g., hosting, analytics), bound by confidentiality agreements.

Analysis reports are available for download for 30 days after generation. Uploaded documents are deleted immediately after processing. Account information is retained as long as your account is active.
