FranchiseIQ provides AI-powered analysis of Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) for informational purposes only. Our reports, risk scores, red flag detection, and benchmarking data are not legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified franchise attorney.

We strongly recommend that all prospective franchise buyers engage a licensed franchise attorney to review any FDD before making an investment decision. FranchiseIQ is designed to complement — not replace — professional legal counsel.

2. No Guarantees

While we strive for accuracy in our AI-powered analysis, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any analysis, risk score, or report generated by FranchiseIQ. AI analysis may miss nuances, context, or recent amendments that a human attorney would catch.

Franchise investments involve significant financial risk. FranchiseIQ does not guarantee any particular investment outcome and is not responsible for investment decisions made based on our reports.

3. Acceptable Use

By using FranchiseIQ, you agree to:

  • Only upload documents you have the legal right to analyze.
  • Use our service for legitimate franchise due diligence purposes.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse our AI models or proprietary analysis methodology.
  • Not redistribute our reports or analysis without attribution.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FranchiseIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of FranchiseIQ shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report or service giving rise to the claim.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, analysis methodology, risk scoring algorithms, UI design, and branding on FranchiseIQ are the intellectual property of FranchiseIQ. You retain ownership of any documents you upload.

Reports generated by FranchiseIQ are licensed to you for personal use in your franchise due diligence process. You may share reports with your attorney, financial advisor, or business partners but may not resell or publicly distribute them.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through Whop. By purchasing a report, you agree to Whop's payment terms. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first report if you are not satisfied with the quality of the analysis.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FranchiseIQ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
